Order Cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges
We are committed to providing high-quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Please note that certain restrictions apply.
Eligible Returns
- Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact our customer support within 30 days of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange a replacement or refund.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify our customer support within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.
Non-Eligible Returns
- Customized Items: Due to the personalized nature of customized products, they are generally not eligible for returns. However, if there is a manufacturing error, we will gladly replace the item.
- Used or Worn Items: Items that have been used or worn cannot be returned.
- Items Outside the Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.

- It may take up to 7 business days for refunds to process.
- We will provide a shipping label for any eligible returns or exchanges.
